Anna-Kaisa Meklin \u2013 Viola da Gamba<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

ist als improvisierende Musikerin in vielen Ensembles in der Schweiz aktiv. Sie improvisiert mit Viola da Gamba, Stimme und field recordings und gestaltet Klanginstallationen. Ihre Projekte sind oft an der Schnittstelle von verschiedenen musikalischen Genres, wie zum Beispiel zwischen alter Musik und experimenteller Musik zu verorten. Sie spielt mit den improvisierenden Grossformationen InsubMetaOrchestra (Genf,) unorthodoxjukebox o. (Basel) und GONG- Improvisationsorchester (Aarau) und arbeitet zusammen mit Musiker*innen wie Cyril Bondi, Christoph Schiller, Ce\u0301line Ha\u0308nni, Jacques Demierre oder Abril Padilla, sowie mit dem Trio Tangent+Mek. Im 2019 war sie Artist in Residence bei Embassy of Foreign Artists in Genf. Kollaborationen mit dem Ensemble Vide und dem Kollektiv MMMMM in Genf (\u201eHommage a\u0300 Pauline Oliveros\u201c, 2020). Kompositionsauftrag 2021 fu\u0308r das Duo Bondi-Alvear.
